1. Cancellation of products will be accepted only within 24 hours of placing an order. Post 24 hours a Cancellation Fee of 10% on the final product price would be deducted from the paid amount and the difference will be refunded. Cancellation of gift cards and loose solitaires will not be accepted under any circumstances. Incase of EMI order, the foreclosure/default customer will be charged 10% of the order value as the transaction fees and the balance amount after deducting the transaction fees would be refunded.

2. The cancellation of orders that are paid via digital wallets like Safe gold or online vouchers or gift cards etc, will not be refunded to your bank account. It will be credited to zahirgems.com Wallet only and can be used for future purchases.

3. zahirgems.com may, at its sole discretion, request the Customer to pay a percentage of the value of the transaction as an advance at the time of placing the order. The balance payment for the order shall be paid by the Customer at the time of delivery of the product. Failure to pay the balance amount at the time of the delivery of the product shall be treated as a cancellation of the order.

4. zahirgems.com may, at its sole discretion, reserve the rights to cancel any particular order. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled or refused are (I) limitations on quantities available for purchase; and (ii) inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

5. In case of any discrepancy, we can cancel any of the orders. A few reasons for cancellation from our end usually include limitation of the product in the inventory, error in pricing, error in product information etc. We also have the right to check out for extra information for the purpose of accepting orders in a few cases. We make sure to notify you if in case your order is cancelled partially or completely or if any extra data is required for the purpose of accepting your order.

6. Order can be cancelled from your end before the product is dispatched, we make sure to refund the amount through the same mode of payment within 10 working days. In case of cancellation pre-dispatch cancellation fees of 2% will be levied and balance 98% will be refunded back to the account.

7. We don’t accept cancellation for customized jewellery products. Once you place the order, it can be cancelled from your end before the product is dispatched. On receiving the cancellation request for ready for shipping product, we make sure to refund the amount through the same mode of payment within 10 working days. In case of cancellation pre-dispatch cancellation fees of 2% will be levied and balance 98% will be refunded back to the account.

8. We don’t accept cancellation for Smart Buy (make to order) or customized jewellery products. In case a customer wants the money back or wants to exchange it with another product(s), making charges and stone charges of the ordered product will be deducted from the payment and balance will be refunded back to customer account within 10 working days or will be adjusted against the exchanged product(s).

9. If in case the amount is deducted from customers account and the transaction have failed, the same will be refunded back to your account within 72 hours.

10. zahirgems.com at its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel an order at any particular point of time. This may be propelled by various factors like (i) limitations on quantities available for purchase; and (ii) inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information. Once cancelled, the amount will be credited back to the customer’s source account within the bank’s nominal processing time.
